Presentation of DVD films collection of the IV international documentary film festival on human rights "Bir duyno Kyrgyzstan 2010 took place on January 22 in Bishkek.
Guests of the event from the embassies of the Czech Republic, France, Kazakhstan, Russia and EU missions, the OSCE, UN OHCHR, the Ombudsman, ministries and universities in Kyrgyzstan were presented a video on the development of the Bir duyno festival.
Besides, guests watched the film "Behind the wall, after which the audience could ask their questions to the director of the film Chingiz Narynov. The film director described how the idea to make a documentary film on domestic violence on a particular life story came, why this character was chosen and what goals creators of the picture pursued.
At the presentation a new acting coordinator of the festival Hasina Hussain was presented to the guests.
Festival director Tolekan Ismailova highlighted the important role of each partner of the festival and each member of the team, who have worked for four years under the project in her speech.
In conclusion, all guests were presented with 2 DVD collections of the film festival "Bir duyno 2010 and with official festival catalogues.
