Rights center Citizens Against Corruption by the financial and organizational support of international donors holds 4-th international film festival on Human Rights, Bir Duino Kyrgyzstan- 2010 from 21-st of September till 27-th of October .
In this year at festival will be represented 28 films from 16 countries, including Germany, Great Britain, USA, Australia, Iran and other countries.
Festival has two parts: National and international.
The national program include showing of 11 films from Kyrgyzstan. Most films will be about history of vulnerable groups: for eg: film histilshik (cleaner) (Director Bekjun Aetkuluev) describes about the boy who cleans shoes in Osh market, the next films Rider born in year of the tiger ( ) Taliqpas ata and way to the stars ( ) describe about the people with disabilities, which in spite of this get success in their life.
International program include 17 films from 16 countries, some of them has got high appreciated. For eg: Czech film Unwanted () about the children with disabilities abandoned by their parents, was the best documentary film in Czech in 2010.
National program will be judged by the young jury of civil society activists, young directors and film masters, which decide the winner of program, and as well as hand over special prizes.
In international program will be awarded in 3-rd sections: Gran-Pri Best director and special prize from jury for the best disclosure of human rights topic.
Beside of this including of festival would be determined winners in next nomination: Opening of the festival and Breakthrough.
Festivals cover all territory of Kyrgyzstan: (Bishkek-21-25 of September, Kara-Kol-28 -30 of September, Naryn- 1-4 of October, Talas-12-14 of October, Isfana-19-20 of October, Batken- 21-22 of October, and Osh 25-27 of October). And also festival films will be shown in Tajikistan (Khudjant 7- 9 of October)
