The Ministry of Education and Science has signed memorandum of cooperation according to which the teachers in Kyrgyzstan will be included in the festival organizing committee to participate in the organization of the festival screenings at schools and universities. The festival will train the teachers at the workshops, will provide films for screenings and will issue handbook for the hits and discussion with audience of festival

Presentation of DVD films collection of the IV international documentary film festival on human rights "Bir duyno Kyrgyzstan 2010” took place on January 22 in Bishkek.Guests of the event from the embassies of the Czech Republic, France, Kazakhstan, Russia and EU missions, the OSCE, UN OHCHR, the Ombudsman, ministries and universities in Kyrgyzstan were presented a video on the development of the Bir duyno festival.

From 25 to 27 October 2010 in Osh was a demonstration of documentary films on human rights within the IV International Festival of Bir duino Kyrgyzstan. The first day of screenings held in the auditorium of the Osh State University.

In 19 of October, 2010 began screening documentaries on human rights during the festival Bir Duyno Kyrgyzstan. The festival was held at the House of Culture in Isfana.21 0f October festivals continued in Batken, were shown films for students and pupils.

The festival of documentary films in Naryn and At – Bashi city was planed from 1 till 4 of October. Opening of the festival was to be held in 1 of October in “Son - Kol” theatre, but in reason of intervention of GSNB representatives the first day of festival was sabotaged.

From 28 till 30 of September festival «Bir Duino Kyrgyzstan -2010» held in Karakol city in Issyk – kul regional theatre. Local coordinator Kamil Ruziev has invited to the opening of festival schoolers, students from medical lacey and students of Low academy and soldiers were invited.

The official opening of the IV international documentary film festival on human rights “Beer Duino - Kyrgyzstan - 2010” was on 21 of September 2010 in the hall of Historical museum Bishkek c. In the festival’s program was organized and held competition of national and international films.

Delegation of the Kyrgyz film-makers will take part at the 63rd Locarno International Film Festival from the 4th to the 14th of August 2010. “The Light Thief” - the new film of famous Kyrgyz film-director Aktan Arym Kubat will be shown at Piazza Grande.
